To create your personalised tribute, please provide the following information:

1. The date you require the tribute for the funeral or memorial service.
   Please note that crematoriums often require tributes to be uploaded several days before the service. A download link for the completed tribute can be sent directly to you or to your funeral director.

2. Your loved one’s full name, along with their date of birth and date of passing.

3. The name of the artist and title of the music track you would like to accompany the tribute (typically 3–6 minutes in length).     

4. Tributes typically include anywhere between 30–100  photographs and/or documents. 

5. If you decide to place an order, I will respond to your email address within 24 hours with details of how to send the images via 'We Transfer' along with payment details.
